36 Days Of Type

36 Days of Type is a personal project consisting on designing one letter per day, for 36 consecutive days. The result is a three-dimensional, modern and texturised character set from the latin alphabet, including figures.

The original project was created by Treintayseis estudio, from Barcelona, and invites designers, illustrators and graphic artists to express their particular interpretation of the letters and numbers of the latin alphabet.

My approach to this project was purely three-dimensional. I worked on each piece exploring and exporting their shape into a corporeal look.

Colours, textures and the overall dimensional shape tied the whole composition together, while experimenting with a wide range of styles.

The project saw the light on my social media platforms and got featured in the highlighted selection of the project founders.
